We provide our nutrient-dense, delicious, life-giving meat and eggs to our local community through farmers’ markets and home delivery. Mint Creek meats are flash frozen after slaughter to lock in the nutrition, texture, and outstanding flavor of these pasture raised animals. Please keep in mind, we are a small farm and so are our herds.
