With our half and whole animal selections, you'll receive a variety of cuts like ground, steaks, stew, kabob, roasts, and more! By preordering an entire section, we can plan ahead to customize meat cutting with our butcher, offering you flexibility to choose between the standard dry aging and cutting instructions, or editing them!
