Weekly CSA - Delivery (Chicago, Evanston & Oak Park)

Our meat CSA is available year-round, and is fully composed from animals raised on our farm. Meat cuts will vary based on what is seasonal and surplus at the farm. We work really hard so that our CSA includes a range of cuts; from premium cuts (like chops, loins, and steaks) to more humble, braising, or ground cuts (like osso buco or stew meats). Occasional offerings of rustic sausages and organically smoked & cured bacon will also be included, all free of nitrates and featuring certified-organic spices.
Our laying hens are free to roam the pastures, eating bugs and grass, as well as a diverse mix of organic grains & legumes. We use regenerative, rotational-grazing practices on our organically-certified, Illinois farm.

Most of our CSA members choose weekly or monthly home delivery in the Chicago, Oak Park, & Evanston areas. Pick-up options are available at local farmers’ markets, at drop locations around the Chicago-area, our distribution hub (on the west side), and the farm itself, too.
