An annual CSA membership means pre-paying for 12 months of monthly home deliveries. Each month you will receive an assortment of organic, grass fed meats delivered to your doorstep frozen in an insulated bag.
Home delivery in Chicago, Oak Park, & Evanston Areas- $9 per month fee included
Our meat CSA is available year-round, and is fully comprised from animals raised on our farm. Meat cuts will vary based on what is seasonal and surplus at the farm. We work really hard so that our CSA includes a range of cuts; from premium cuts (like chops, loins, and steaks) to more humble, braising, or ground cuts (like osso buco or stew meats). Occasional offerings of rustic sausages and organically smoked & cured bacon will also be included, all free of nitrates and featuring certified-organic spices.
Amount of meat per month with pricing breakdown:
Twelve Month Half Share - 5lbs per month ($71 each), totaling 60lbs per year: $852
With monthly $9 fee for home delivery included: $970 total for year
Twelve Month Whole Share - 10lbs per month ($133 each), totaling 120lbs per year: $1596
With monthly $9 fee for home delivery included: $1704 total for year
