Pasture-raised, organic-fed poultry raised on perennial pastures in Illinois!

We care deeply about raising our animals in a way that is as close to how nature intended as possible, and we raise heritage breeds, too! Our chickens and turkeys have access to our vast, organic pastures to forage as much as they desire, along with getting plenty of exercise and sunshine, making for happy birds!

In addition to foraging, we also supply our birds a certified-organic grain and bean mix, sourced from local, organic farmers, that we soak, ferment and/or cook for extra benefits. We know it might sound funny, but cooking the beans allows for easier digestion and the fermentation process increases the birds' vitamin and antioxidant intake in a highly beneficial way. 

Because of these practices, our poultry is very high quality! We have several poultry cuts in stock for you to purchase for home delivery Wednesdays in Chicago, Oak Park, or Evanston, or for a local farmers market pick-up near to you! UPS shipping is also available throughout the rest of Illinois and the Midwest.
