Four-course meal prepared by CHEF SARAH RINKAVAGE of Marisol featuring seafood from SITKA SALMON SHARES, meats from MINT CREEK FARM, and produce from IRON CREEK ORGANIC FARM.

MIDDLEBROW BREWING & LETHERBEE DISTILLERIES have generously donated beer and spirits for this event. Middebrow beers and Letherbee gin infused cocktails will be available free of charge to our farm dinner guests (age 21 and older) throughout the dinner event. 

1:30-2 PM: Guests gather at the Greenhouse B&B and depart for the farm tour
4-4:30 PM: Guests return to the Greenhouse B&B from the farm tour, at which point the live music, libations, and first course can begin. Guest speaker fisherman from Sitka Salmon and Mint Creek’s own head-farmer Harry from Mint Creek will each speak about their experiences in the field and at sea.
7 PM: Meals are usually finished by 7ish, though some guests like to linger and visit, generally hanging out by the campfire. Some guests spend the night at the B&B or camp in the expansive yard.
