This event will start with a casual farm lunch by chef Guia Hoffman, co-proprieter of the Greenhouse Bed & Breakfast, followed by an extensive farm tour highlighting our heritage breed turkeys, led by Mint Creek farmer Harry. After the tour, guests will return to the Greenhouse B&B for a special turkey cooking demo by Chef Bryan Piironen of Chicago Brigade System, hot cider, and an afternoon bonfire. Live music and beer from MiddleBrow Brewery will be available around the bonfire. Whole Thanksgiving turkeys of a variety of sizes will be available frozen for sale the day of. A fantastic way to spend a Sunday on the farm!
