Whole lamb, cut up
Now you can order a whole lamb at a discount! We offer two options for how you want your lamb cut up. (All weights are approximate.)
Bone-In Package
(1) 4 lb bone in shoulder roast
2.5 lbs stew meat
(1) 5 bone in leg of lamb
2 lbs kabob meat
2 lbs leg chops
(1) 1.5 lb rack of lamb
1.5 lbs rack chops
2 lbs loin chops
4 lbs ground lamb
Total Weight: approximately 27.5 lbs, plus organs and bones if desired.
Boneless Package
(1) 2.5 lb boneless shoulder roast
2.5 lbs stew meat
(1) 3.5 boneless leg of lamb
2 lbs kabob meat
2 lbs leg chops
(1) 1.5 lb rack of lamb
1.5 lbs rack chops
2 lbs loin chops
4 lbs ground lamb
Total Weight: approximately 24.5 lbs, plus organs and bones if desired.
