MEAT CSA
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. You receive a sizable discount by committing to a monthly share of a diverse selection of our organic, pasture-raised meats. Your commitment also provides special support to the farm, helping us continue to set high standards for the care of our animals and prairie pastures.
Mint Creek Farm offers 3 different meat CSAs, each one includes a diverse variety of pasture raised meats every month and is available year-round.
Our meat CSA pickup is on the second weekend of each month at certain Chicago farmer’s markets or through home delivery. What our meat CSA members receive varies from month to month, but will include a mixture of more humble and premium cuts of grass-fed meats.
For those that choose to pick-up at a market we offer home delivery during the off season.

If there’s a particular meat you do not want included in your CSA, please notify us by email.
If you would rather have one type of meat, we recommend that you purchase a whole or half animal of your liking. This way you can customize what cuts you get at an affordable price. Whole lambs and Goats are available here.

61st Street Farmers’ Market (Hyde Park) – second Saturday of each month at Experimental Station through Dec.
Home Delivery- $8/month inside Chicago’s city limits, $15/month for suburbs and surrounding Illinois towns

The Hideout Inn (Wicker Park/Bucktown)-Thursday evening AFTER the second Saturday of the month, from 4:00PM – 8:00PM. Peasants’ Plot Farm will be delivering their weekly veggie CSA at this time also.
